How we work:

You call us for your quote and then accept it.

We assign you a dedicated operations manager - You will have their direct mobile number and email address.

The operations manager will meet you on-site to run through your job and check all the dimensions with you. We will fully advise you regarding any services in the way.

We check that the trench is dug to the correct width and depth and check the pile positions against the drawing issue.

A structural engineer will work on the design of the piles and ground beam and we will supply all the relevant information to the building control officer.

A start date and estimated completion date will be agreed.

You will get to meet the piling team on site and run through the job.

We’ll visit the site each day to check on the progress and check the levels for the concrete.

We’ll arrange inspection by building control for sign-off - only then will we arrange for the concrete to be poured.

The Piling Team will ensure the site is left neat and tidy on completion. Your operations manager will then arrange for all the paperwork, invoices and guarantees to be completed and handed over to you and the building inspector for completion sign-off.

"What can I say - needed my foundations doing quickly as they had been open for 6 months, all the rain had caused them to start crumbling. Needed piling but heavy machinery and vibration was out of the question due to a United Utilities pipe in the pathway. Wayne came highly recommended and Wayne and his team did not let me down. Came to inspect on a Tuesday, started on the Wednesday and concrete in the following Tuesday (would have been earlier if the weather hadn't turned icy).
